What are your shipping methods for customers in the United States?

We currently ship via USPS or UPS. ALL orders over $100 are shipped free. Otherwise, Ready to Wear and Swimwear orders are a flat $10 for shipping; all other articles are shipped standard for $4.90 or expedited for $9.90. 

I just placed my order, can I make any changes?

Requests for changes must be received via email (info@theuntamedarticles.com) or via our Contact Us! page, within 4 hours of purchase. Please be sure to include your order number and specifically state what changes you would like to request. Please note - while we cannot guarantee changes, we will try our best to accommodate based on stock and availability. 

How do I track my order?

All orders are processed and shipped in 7-10 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (depending on your preferred contact method entered at checkout).

What is your refund and exchange policy? 

All sales are FINAL. There are NO refunds or exchanges. If your item is damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact us (info@theuntamedarticles.com) or via our Contact Us! page, within 72 Hours of delivery and provide a photo of the damaged item so that we can assess the situation and make it right!

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Please contact the delivery carrier (USPS or UPS) indicated in your shipping email. If you need further assistance after contacting the shipping provider please contact us!
